2. Are there any legal restrictions to advertising to kids?

Points to remember: Eye contact, hygiene, remember names, body language (yours and theirs), repeat business, friendly, customer complaints iceberg, upselling.
Next answer the following questions.
1. When is personal selling important or used? (what types of products)
2. What are 3 examples of sales positions that will need personal selling skills?
3. What is upselling?
4. Why are customer complaints dangerous if you do not deal with them?
5. Why is repeat business important?
6. Briefly describe the sales process. (textbook)

Short game with Performance Index Score of 60+ = 3/5 90+ = 4/5 100+ = 5/5
Medium with PIS of 50+ = 3/5 80+ = 4/5 100+ = 5/5
If you try 2 games but still score low you will get 3/5

Take a look at the link and some of the new products. (Scroll down and there is a list of links on the right hand side that will take you to lots of new products).
Find 2 products and answer the following.
1. Describe it.
2. Is it ready for market entry?
3. Price?
4. Would you be interested in this product?
5. Do you think it will be successful?
Now that you are done, turn and talk to a neighbor. What new tech products did they research?
6. What did they research?
